About South Islamabad Eats

South Islamabad Eats is a hyperlocal food directory for the southern side of Islamabad. We help people find where to eat, what to order and how much it will cost, starting with DHA Phase 2 and expanding into Bahria Town, PWD and Gulberg Greens.

Why this site exists

Awatif started South Islamabad Eats out of a simple everyday frustration. Whenever she wanted to try a restaurant nearby, she could only find its menu if it happened to be on a delivery app. For many local places, there was no menu, no price list and no clear information anywhere online, so the only option was to call or show up and hope for the best.

Big food apps and national review sites rarely cover the smaller restaurants, food streets and family spots in South Islamabad properly. Menus are hard to find, prices are out of date and many places are missing entirely. South Islamabad Eats was built to fix that, so anyone can check a menu, compare prices and decide where to eat before leaving home.

How we collect and check information

• Restaurant details such as address, phone, hours and service options are checked against each restaurant's Google Business listing.
• Menus and prices are compiled from the restaurant's own menu, its Foodpanda listing, its official social media pages or its website.
• Every restaurant page shows a "last updated" date so you know how recent the information is.
• Restaurants and readers can send corrections, and we update pages as soon as a change is confirmed.
