Skydine Revolving Restaurant sits on the 7th floor of STS Mall in Civic Centre, Bahria Town Phase 4, where the dining floor slowly turns so you get a changing view of the area while you eat. The menu is mostly desi, with karahis, Mughlai BBQ, rice dishes and large sharing platters. Skydine is an occasion restaurant more than an everyday one. The rotating view is the main reason to go, which makes it a strong pick for birthdays, family get-togethers and evenings when you want the outing itself to feel special. Weekend evenings are the obvious time to book ahead, and you can reserve online or by phone.
You do pay for the view. Every chicken karahi is a flat Rs 2,249 and every mutton karahi is Rs 3,999, well above food street prices nearby. Basti's chicken karahi, for comparison, starts at Rs 1,349. For groups, the platters are the best value: the Skydine Special works out to about Rs 1,750 per person for 8 people, and the Naurangi Angeethi Platter to about Rs 1,600 per person for 5. Bread is cheap, with plain naan at Rs 69. Drinks and desserts are not on the menu we have listed, so check those prices when you order.
